Hello everyone,

I hope your summer is going great, with the much needed rest, holiday trips and joyful time with the kids.

This week I'm a guest designer at the Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenge Blog. I made this art journal spread:

I used white gesso, acrylic paints, Newton's Nook stencil, soft pastels, colored pencils, black and brown permanents marker and fine tip pen, white permanent ink pen, white pigment ink with Scrapberry's stamp, flower dies by Sizzix, mushroom, fox and acorns dies by JoyCrafts. Two of the mushrooms are embossed with embossing folder.

I drew the whimsical houses and transferred them onto a card stock that I colored in reds.
